TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms cover orders placed through this Design Studio website (the "Site"), operated by Blackbeard's Imaging, a custom apparel and printing shop in Glen Burnie, Maryland — including our Blackbeard's, Graveyard Shift, and Bootleggers product lines. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Your content and artwork

• Whatever you upload, generate, or describe for your order — photos, artwork, or AI prompts — you confirm you own the rights to it, or have permission to use it, and that printing it doesn't infringe on anyone else's copyright or trademark.
• You're responsible for any copyright or trademark claim that arises from content you submitted. We reserve the right to decline to print anything we reasonably believe infringes someone else's rights or violates the law.
• If you use our AI design generator, your prompt is screened for disallowed content before an image is generated, and we may decline to generate a design based on that screening.

Review and production

• You review your design and a mockup of it before you place your order — check it carefully, since we print exactly what you submit. Your order goes into production about 15 minutes after you place it, and your confirmation email includes a Hold my order button that pauses it during that window if you spot a mistake.
• Once production begins on a custom order, it can't be cancelled or refunded, since it's made specifically for you and can't be resold. If something arrives damaged, defective, or meaningfully different from the design you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Pricing and payment

• Prices shown at checkout, including any shipping estimate, are what you'll be charged, in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through Square at the time you place your order.
• Discount codes are subject to their own expiration dates and usage limits, have no cash value, and can be limited or ended by us at any time.

Shipping

Orders are printed and shipped through our fulfillment partner, Printful. We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees — we're not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped, but we're happy to help track down a lost or delayed package.

Free AI-generated designs

We offer a limited number of free AI-generated designs per email address, refreshed periodically, as a way to let you try the design tool before ordering. We may adjust this limit or the tool itself at any time, and reserve the right to restrict access for anyone attempting to abuse it (for example, scripting requests or using fake email addresses).

Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Limitation of liability

The Site and our products are provided on an "as-is" basis. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits any right you have under Maryland or federal consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here at the time you place an order is the one that applies.
